Last updated: July 25, 2026. At TARA (Tiny Archives, Remembered Always), your family memories are sacred. We store your data solely to deliver your private album service.

1. How We Service Your Family Album

To render your family album, display baby age milestones, and safely organize your photos, TARA processes only the information you explicitly provide:

Authentication: Your Google account email and profile name to sign you in securely.
Family Context: Your baby's name, date of birth, and family member nicknames to calculate age milestones.
Media Storage: Your photos and written memories are saved directly into your own Google Drive storage account.

2. Google OAuth & Drive Protection

TARA connects to Google Drive using the restricted drive.file permission.

We only access files and folders created for your family (e.g. [BabyName]-memories) inside your Google Drive.
We cannot read, modify, or view any unrelated files in your personal Google Drive.
Your photos always remain 100% under your ownership in your own Google Drive storage.

3. Strict Data Confidentiality

Guarantee: We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or share your data or family photos with advertisers or third parties under any circumstances.

Your album is visible only to invited family members who possess a valid invite code and are approved by family parents.

4. Full Control & Data Deletion

Parents retain complete control over their family data. You can delete photos, remove members, or permanently erase your family album anytime directly from your dashboard settings.
