TARA (Tiny Archives, Remembered Always) is a private family memory sharing web application that enables parents and family members to upload, store, and view baby photos, calendar moments, and written memories connected to Google Drive and MongoDB.

2. User Accounts & Family Membership

You must authenticate via Google OAuth 2.0. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep family invite codes secure to prevent unauthorized access.
• Respect the privacy of family members within your shared family album.

3. Content Ownership & Rights

You retain 100% ownership of all photos, videos, captions, and written memories uploaded to TARA. TARA claims no intellectual property rights over your family media.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content. TARA reserves the right to suspend or remove content that violates acceptable use standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

TARA is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain reliable storage pipelines and soft-delete features, users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical media.
